Hey Martoonski !
News Flash ! GI reenactors in general SUCK !!!
My guess is you are a typical drunk dumbbutt GI reenactor thinks he's God's gift to the USA and our way of life ! news flash 2 ! Most Axis and RKKA reenactors at least do others the courtesy of drinking AFTER the tactical portion of an event ! GI's have to get their courage to hit the field and shoot their blanks from their guns OR weapons (figure that out if you have time) from a bottle ... its why so many GI units quit the field 1/2 way through the events ! they're already HUNG OVER !!!
And that's why so Axis and other reenactors are coming over to OSTFRONT - GPW ! to get away from GI units and their abject STUPIDITY !!!
Hey Martoon ! newsflash 3 ! 99.9 % of the Pyro and ammo violations I spot and correct at the events I help coordinate are the result of GI UNITS messing up !!! Live rounds ! kitty litter in simulators, potatoes thrown from PIATS and BAZOOKAS, and other safety violations. GI might as well be defined as ZERO DISCIPLINE.
So go get your own sorry butt house in order with the GI Janes before coming over here and thinking you have any bandy butt girlie legs to stand on over here !
LOL !
Oh did I mention you're a drunken girlie man tard, Martoon ?
Volodymyr
LOL at your expense martoonski, thanks for the opportunity for helping me sharpen my wit, you are such an easy target though, its like shooting pigs in a barrel, except they taste better with barbeque sauce.

I thank you! I agree fully, it would make one think alot more when it comes to firearms. I clean my rifle and revolver very often, even if I dont use them for awhile just to make sure they are top notch. I dont want to risk ANYTHING with them.
Even with blanks. For the rest of my life I will have a scar, and memory of his mistakes as well as a bit of pain now and then. But its all a reminder of how not to handle a weapon of such magnitude.
As for Martin, he's the king of cheap shots. I shot back and forth with him for a bit but decided to take most my posts down as its not worth my time to worry about him.

What the hell was all that babble?
You should capitalize the beginning of your sentences!!! Didn't you learn anything in school?
I rarely drink, because I just don't feel like it.
I am not the one, that has had to have his weapon taken away, like some members of this "babbling mess".
I do a better RKKA impression, on any given day, than any of you monkeys!!
You just bullshit everyone, because they don't know how bad, your impressions truly are!
So Voloqueer, what unit are you trying to claim membership in?

Martin,
I am familiar with you from the WWII forum and I am sure you with me. I have NO idea what any of this silly flame war is about ( from either side) but can gather some guesses which I will leave to myself.
I am new to this forum because I wanted to gain as much knowledge in my growing RKKA impression that I have started to create. I want to do it right even though it will only be a PT impression. That is how I do things, the best to my ability and knowledge. Hence why I joined this forum, I've learned from doing research for museum exhibits that you gather as many sources as possible and piece things together.
I have learned a lot from here already, combined with what i have culled form other sources both on line and in books. There are great sources here that Dima has archived and these have helped quite a bit.
A a former museum professional, I just do not understand all the silly kid stuff, it is completely counter productive and asinine. As a global moderator on the FJ pro board this is the kind of stuff I simply will not tolerate. Again I say do not know the story of all of this, nor do I really care. I just want to gain and learn as much information and knowledge on the Frontovik and the Soviet military during the GPW.
This is just an observation from a newcomer, from this point on I plan to just stay out of it and stick to the topics that will help me better my impression and have educated and intelligent discussions with all who take part likewise.
I hate to say it fellows but this is not just aimed at Martin but others who are letting him bait you. Just ignore the stupid comments.
Martin you said you could show us a great impression and I quote "I do a better RKKA impression, on any given day, than any of you monkeys!!"
Well please let's see it, I am willing to be open minded and I want to learn.
All the best in what we do to each and everyone of you!!
Spacba!

Oh no, I am here to cause havoc. I am just like the wonderful Dima, when I come to visit his house.
I have nothing to share here, but messing with the idiots, that sit here and have nothing better to do than bad mouth others.
This isn't a serious forum, if that is something they have time to do.
It isn't alot of fun, when one person causes trouble, is it?

Zayats, he will not show a photo. B/c he knows that plenty of people will sit here and find all his faults at it. He knows his is no better. We just have to ignore him from now on. To the best of our abilities, and soon he'll get bored like a Elementary school bully and go pick on someone else.

Normally the biggest faults are bad material and the gims being made incorrectly and/or fitting people really badly.
There's often a whole gamut of other pokemon things like post war cap-stars, staybrite buttons, and kirzovy patrotash, and other things people not ironing their gims and shinels and not sewing in collar liners and wearing their belts hanging down around their hips.

Really. I seem to recall being at a number of tacticals where the Germans were so hung over and still drunk from the night before they could barely function. I know, I had to listen to the idiots carry on all night long ,acting like a bunch of drunk teenagers, into hours or minutes just before formations. At one tactical my GI unit came upon a large German unit who never herd us coming and we just shot them on the ground as they slept in position -- pretty sad and I'm so glad I drove hours to participate in that kind of stupidity -- darn right I'm leaving the field. Another event I observed vehicle drivers from a certain unit drinking heavily less than 2 hours before they were to drive their tactical vehicles -- darn right I'm not taking the field with them. When I've seen GI units leave the field at tacticals it's usually becasue they are fed up with the stupidity of German Reenactors they are facing or there is a bunch of un-safe or stupid crap taking place. I sat and watched Red Army Renactors drinking Vodka in the field -- yeah real good mix: Fire Arms & Alcohol. And I can't count how many times I've spotted Germans drinking beer while weapons are in use. News Flash!! Stupidity knows no particular impression, it's common to them all. DaaHVeeD Hey Martoonski ! I've got no problem with drinking. If its at a tactical/event of any kind. It should be in extreme moderation as there is a serious chance of getting hurt. And in some situations it shouldnt be done AT ALL. Such as the vehicle operators!
I dont blame you Dave on that one, I wouldnt feel safe on the field with them either.
As for coming upon Landsers drunk in there positions. LOL That i think would call for the use of grenades. That oughta wake them up!
I dont know I've not had the issue with drunks so I cant really chime in to much but. Mainly what I see is that "MOST" not all, G.I. Reenactors are just D-bagish! Idk if they feel that they are better than most or what, but I can assure that they are not.
Whatever ppl have against the RKKA Reenactor IDK but its just kind of childish.

Ah - Da, vash otvyet pravilna! Ne plocha! Mozyet buyt tvoya devushka oochoo vas? Ah - Yes , your answer is correct! Not bad! Maybe your girlfriend is teaching you?
This is just me, but if I was running my own Soviet group I wouldn't be exactly ecstatic about members doing other portrayals. More a "(sighs) Okay, well if you feel you absolutely have to."
There are lots of other things that are interesting to me such as British WW1 and Boer War and East German - but I feel it's impossible to do so many different portrayals and do them all properly. At the very least a portrayal needs to be complete, perfect, as much as humanly possible, before embarking on something new.
And people who do Soviet (or any portrayal in fact) in a half-arsed way I have very little patience for - it's not really doing justice to the people who had go through it for real.
