It is not a translation issue. I sent him much of the information in both U.S. English, and Russian, and he never indicated that he did not understand.
Это не проблема перевода. Я послал ему большую часть информации и на американском английском, и на русском языке, и он никогда не указывал, что он не понимал.
Besides he did at least get my branch on the pogorni correct (Cavalry), even though he got my rank, and the service wrong.
He made me a Starshina in the NKVD.

In an effort to be fully honest, Alexey did finally respond to me after six e-mails asking what he would do to correct the problems.
He has asked me to return ship the "incorrect" items, he will then produce corrected items, and ship them to me.
I suggested, that he produce the corrected items, and ship them to me, and once I had received them, I would return the incorrect items.
Now we wait, and see what happens next.

Trust me, I have no intention of holding my breath.
I honestly think he responded, because he finally figured out that I am not just going to go away.
I will pest him until he either fixes what he screwed up, or refunds my money.

Several of us Aussies placed an order with FOR over a year ago. Nothing was ever recieved & he just kept the several hundred dollars of the group order. He promised to send things for a time, & then just ignored all e-mails. From our point of view this guy is a thief.
