Tovarischi,
It appears that some of the moderators over at the WWII forum are wrapped a little too tight.
Sasha tried to politely correct some folks about the fact that they misspelled cavalry ("calvary") multiple times in their posting and his post was deleted ot once but twice. No PM explaining why.
Then Dahveeed's post on Stack-O-Grad on boycotts and my reply was deleted. No PM explaining why.
Wow! And some folks think this forum is wimpy.
I like our forum more and more each day.
Sincerely,
Dima

Maybe those were cavalry units that were present at calvary. LOL Of course we have a Calvary Baptist Church nearby that I call Cavalry Baptist Church. It's strictly for horses, no people. That board. I quit posting over there except for discussions on upcoming events. Then that is more like gleaning info and passing info on to the host. They have just pissed me off too much. I do check the safety threads. I love that Sasha never got an details on the supposed reenactor that was arrested for pyro. That gives me a great idea for a board. Reenactorisms and Reenactor Urban Legends. I heard from a friend who saw it on a website his uncle read that Mambises don't really exist. Hahahahahaha. -dave

[ I heard from a friend who saw it on a website his uncle read that Mambises don't really exist. Well we know that's a myth - ever reenactment battlefield I've ever been near has some form of mambise. Some of them are worse than other. Comrades since Moose and Squirrel are No 1 enemy, Mambises have to be No. 2 enemy of the Soviet Union.

Dima, Not that it will change anything... but I had nothing to do with those deletions. My posts were deleted too. They have been deleting any posts that appear to be, or could spin into pissing matches or stir the pot up. Dave H. Dahveeed,
Not to worry. I figured that the heavy handed Mods on that forum were up to their old tricks.
It is good that we have other forums besides that one since their Mods are so strange.
Sincerely,
Dima one of "The Crazies"
