I'm selling 3 items useful for the WWII Soviet impression as concerning personal items; all three were puchased from the fabulous but unfortunately now defunct Ostfront.com (these items will therefore be difficult to find), which provided numerous period items as well as accurate reproductions. First is the "Dog Tag" Bakelite Capsule - this example is in excellent condition (not buried in the ground somewhere) and includes the slip of paper for personal information in Russian (repro) as well as an English translation sheet. $35 shipped.

The 3rd item is a Ostfront.com repro Soldier's diary/notepad dated 1941; quite clean and in excellent condition/never been written on - $20 shipped
