Hello comrades
What is your views about Perestroika. My I can't get it what Gorbochov wanted to change. As far I remember as myself came from former Soviet Union it was disaster.
Introduction of capitalism, dry law. Should we had another revolution than perestroika?

Perestroika and Glastnost were inevitable as we see its opposite in North Korea ... communism is not a sustainable system as it is basically just slavery enforced with force. The 'workers paradise' was a lie to serve a cruel bolshevik 'elite'. By the late 70's the USSR was getting grain surplus from the USA !!! The economics of world revolution and oppression at home are unsupportable in the end ... huge military industrial police states collapse of their own unproductive dead weight. They do not encourage the kind of innovation or individual incentives and hard work necessary to sustain a vibrant and productive economy. Communism is crap, comrade ! I do this because I like collecting militaria and going to tacticals and Ostfront-GPW tacticals are more fun than west front ones dealing with arrogant brain dead wanna be GI types.

ps ... I also like studying the Russian mindset and what they have done and made to help them survive winter conditions since I live in the NE. The Germans may have been smarter overall, but the Russians are more practical in many cases and down and dirty when it comes to thinking in survival mode.
