Tovarisch;
That particular style is not commercially available to my knowledge, however, it is not particularly difficult to fabricate.
Go to your local craft store, fabric store, or cobbler. Get a piece of relatively thin rawhide. Place it on a hard, flat surface that you can cut on. Lay one of your existing liner pads on the rawhide, and trace it as a pattern. Keep in mind you want to have a little extra at both the top, and bottom to fold over, and sew to create a path for the suspension system. The suspension system can be fabricated from strapping available from most good fabric stores.
Once you have traced your pads, and I would trace out a few extra, just in case. Cut them out with a very sharp knife, like an X-acto type. You can use a straight edge to keep your edges sharp. Once you have your pieces cut out, fold the edges to make to tubes for the suspension, and sew those edges down. Once you have that, using an old chop stick, tape a piece of your suspension to the tip, and push it through.
Once you have completed this, you have the pad pieces, and suspension pieces, now all you have to do, is install it in the helmet, assuming you still have the mounting pieces still in the shell.

Excellent, thanks. I am going to a hobby and/or a fabric store tomorrow to acquire the items.
