Comrades, The Schuster website is down. I was really excited when I saw an English version of this online store from the Belarus, and in USD. However, the website being down does not bode well. I have written the individual who said they were handling the orders to ask what is going on. When, and if, I get an answer, I will make all aware here.

Thank you comrade. I was so looking forward to making a purchase from them.
Heres to hoping they are not gone for good.

Comrade Boridin says that we have overloaded their server. Here's to hoping they get more server space. Yuri S.

I have had penpals over in that area and their internet capabilities are a bit more primitive and haphazard than ours ... their resources are more limited, so let's not bombard his server with unnecessary browsing like we all tend to do to sites here ... Despite the fall of the USSR which was always a generation behind the west ... well guess what ... in many ways they still are ... except this time its internet tech. Frankly, I am more supprised they are catching up as quickly as they are than than worried about their falling behind. And they are keenly aware that building a reliable eastern internet and English language studies will help them compete in business and other areas in the long run.

My names Devyn and I'm an alch---err internet browser!
I openly admit I probably contributed to his site crashing as I was on it window shopping pretty much everyday since Comrade Yuri showed me the site. I do so hope that they decide to smash some of the competition as some of these "american" sites have a bit of catching up to do themselves I think.
Great stuff, but sometimes hard to work with.

I am just afraid that the cost of additional server space/bandwidth may cause him to drop the English side of the site, or have to raise his prices to pay for it, either option being bad.
The interesting thing is many of the items that he offers used to be offered by Liebstandarte, but at higher prices. I wonder if he used to work for Liebstandarte, or just bought out that part of their line.
