I just finished a book on the American Expeditionary Force to North Russia in 1918. I'm having trouble finding more information on the subject and was wondering if anyone knows of any good sources of info on this subject.

P.S. The book I read was "When Hell Froze Over" by E.M. Halliday.

Another Book I read years ago named: "the Day the almost Bombed Moscow") It's about the same action (Allied Intervention) and has some good info & History in it. The Allies were moving airplanes on the railway cars close to Moscow to fly them from a improvised air-strip to then bomb Moscow. I would try some Russian sources, this was a big deal to them and was covered in their schools during the days of the Soviet Union. Some of the info might be a bit biased or slanted, but would be more info. DaaHVeeD I just finished a book on the American Expeditionary Force to North Russia in 1918. Igor, An old living history pard of mine is one of the few "advanced" North Russia Expiditionary Force collectors in the U.S. His uncle was part of the force. He had some pretty neat books and material. He's a militaria dealer, and his website/business is Advance Guard Militaria: www.advanceguardmilitaria.com/He stays very busy, but I feel he would like to help someone out trying to research this much neglected piece of history. Please tell him that his old pard Warren sent you and it might help. Yuri
