Lancaster Historical Society event at Wheatland

Comrades;

Armed Forces day weekend, May 15, 16, and 17, 2009, there is a living history event at the Lancaster County Historical Society grounds, right beside "Wheatland", the home of James Buchanan, the 15th POTUS.

My unit, is trying to increase the participation of Red Army, and Red Military troops at this event. Anyone who is willing to attend is welcome as part of the overall Red units.

The event was well attended, and the weather was reasonable. It was warm, and humid on Saturday, but not unbearable. Sunday was cooler, and not overly humid.

I had the opportunity to speak to many people, and teach about the role of the Red Army in defeating the fascist running dogs.

I also was doing ongoing recruiting for our unit. Picked up one new "cruit" for sure, and possibly as many as four others.

All, in all, I would say it was a very good, well attended, and enjoyable event.
