Price: MGN - $8 each, I would like to not break up complete years if I can help it. If you buy a complete year then the price falls to $6 each.

2000 - October, November, December

2001 - January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, October, November, December

2002 - January through December

2003 - January through December

2004 - January through December

Price: SAR - $5 each, I would like to not break up complete years if I can help it. If you buy a complete year then the price falls to $4 each.
