I have really good luck with Blank Guys blanks. I have not had any bad blanks from him.

Swansons also do nice .30 Carbine blanks - the only problem is that you'll need to adjust the setting because my 'Hollywood" adaptation needs different fittings for Swansons or Richard's blanks.
Davheed can advise you better than I on this as hed did a fine adaptation for "She-Who-Must-Be-Obeyed"
