I cant find any referance as to what the specs were of the guns used at Murmansk by the crack shots there, can anyone help me out?

Crack Shots? Are you meaning snipers? Or is there something else that this is in reference to?
Snipers would have used the PE or PU scoped Mosin Nagant, or the Scoped SVT. Very nice rifles indeed.
However something tells me you aren't asking about sniper rifles. LOL

nope, not snipers, the seacoast gunners at murmansk, the best artillery in the red army, they bottled up the barents sea harbor of the finns for most of the war. They were occasionally able to get sch accuracy as to be able to pick particualr parts of a ship at 3-7 mile ranges, and hit that small part of a merchant ship.
