I pretty much have my impression together, but want to put the finishing touches on. I know I need raspberry piped shoulder boards, but what else would I put on and where? Is there a unit specific insignia? Thanks!!

Nope not at all. For infantry the standard was just the raspberry piped shoulder boards for the M43. Specialty services sometimes wore insignia, like the serptine chalice for medical, crossed axes for engineers, etc. However infantry had none.
With the M35 insginia, raspberry piped with black collar tabs you can get the crossed rifles. For the M41 subdued you don't need any.
