I just did a program with 600 school kids over 3 days in April. Yup, you have a total clue about what I do.

I call BS on your time reenacting. Your not that old. Did Daddy take you with him? You can't count the time you were irritating real reenactors with your toy musket. I guess maybe you were fat enough that they thought you were older. No child could be that large.

Dima likes to act just like he does here. An azz hole that no one can talk with. He likes to talk in circles, I guess he thinks that makes him look intelligent?
He can't talk about the issues on the board, (try a pm and try to see anyone's point but his) where he is having them. He would rather come here and rant about them. Not much of a stand up guy in my world. I treat him like an internet terrorist. Some one that is less than human in my world.
I don't find it very "adult" to be hiding here. I don't care what he thinks about the things I say. I didn't get some God like status cause I moderate a board. I am very much human. I don't take crap from any man.
Dima is an internet bully. He likes to play his word games. He isn't speaking to communicate, but to harass others. He doesn't like it, when someone thinks he is an azs hole for doing this. His buddy Sasha is gone for these antics from the "other" board. Dima is on his last leg there. A broad spectrum of age, area, and experience of reenactors find him to be less than desirable. That should be clue enough.
He gets from me, exactly what he is incapable of, a true worded statement about his actions.

I have oddly found that the 3 RKKA forums to which I subscribe (including this one) are more tolerant of varying opinions and humor,
whereas the GI poor-duds forum of which martoon is an ironically immoderate moderator
is a flatulant and useless peice of cyberspace full of self impressed power hungry weenies.
Oh well, I am repeating myself re/ their deficiencies, but as they are so numerous and blatant, they stand to be repeated...
Did I mention but the way they were humorless self impressed weenie geeks with no sense of fairness or respect for our Constitution or Vets whose opinions differ from their own?

Dima you were not shitting me on this guy! He/ she is really a moderator? on what forum? I want to make sure To let them know why I will be unsubscribing from their forum. I can be an A-hole somtimes, but not just go on and on and on. I admit that it has been entertaining for me ,but its gottin old. the army vets I know are better men/ women than this guy. He has only informed me of what he is about. It too has nothing to do with re-enacting in any way. I'm moving on to my research. please do PM me. I'm serious I will not participate on a forum that has persons of authority that act in that manner,nor will I promote that forum. I know that I shouldn't judge a whole tree because of one apple. Perhaps they should take notice before it has an adverse effect on the whole community. What a waste.....

There is no reason to attack Dima like that. I have been on that other form for six years now and I have seen problems on it befor by the Mods. You are acting like a child. You might need to grow up alittle and learn how to treast people like you like to be treated.

Well I have finally found some spare time to get back to the ongoing fiasco of responding to Martin. Like many of you I have a real life in the real world which Marty evidently does not.
This will be a nice long post since I plan to wrap up this nonsense involving Marty and lock this thread to preserve it for the whole world to see who and what Marty is both now and in the future.
By now it has become painfully obvious through his own actions and words that Marty is a foul mouthed, narrowed minded, immature, ignorant, violent, xenophobic, hypocrite of the highest degree. Sadly those may be considered his good qualities.
He has made a thinly veiled physical threat to me here on the forum. Engaged in all sorts of personal attacks on me (as well as others) via PMs, email as well as postings on this forum. He even tried to drag members of my family into his twisted world of personal attacks. I especially like how he has labeled me a terrorist. LOL! Yep, he is a real classy guy. The perfect type to be a MOD over in his world.
His behavior on all of the forums(except his own) has been quite predictable and starts out generally with nasty comments about physical appearance, mental capability, then going to sexual orientation and then just outright bashing anything he feels might be a button he can push. Ironically he has been shot down by yours truly during these forays. LOL!
Sadly the poor fellow has realized too late that I have no buttons he can push. On the other hand Marty has all kinds of buttons I can push and watch him implode, explode, and just plain go bananas. In other words he can dish it out but just can't take it.
He even made a poor attempt to intimidate the creator of this forum. Martin threatened Konstantin's membership rights on Marty's WWII Forum if he didn't get Sasha and I under control and get us to stop posting. Gee Marty.......who is the INTERNET bully now?
The really great thing about all that I have stated about this man is that it is documented. Now on the other hand he has no such documentation to back up his claims but then again none of us should be surprised by this fact.
I still say that Marty doesn't do much re-enacting and his posts seems to give my theory credence. Then he tries to minimize my participation in things. Well once again he is way off base. Here is a little info about me.
In my short time of re-enacting(started in 1984) I have been involved in all sorts of adventures in re-enacting. To set the record straight my father never was a part of my re-enacting career. He was a little busy tending to the needs of his patients as a doctor for 35 years. Sadly he passed away in the early part of 2001. I have to admit that I wish he would have had time to take part in re-enacting with me and have more time with his granddaughters but it was just not in the cards. I do envy those who were and or are able to have their folks get involved with them in the hobby. That is why I have enjoyed re-enacting with my wife and twin daughters.
Perhaps Marty's problem is that he is lonely. Or maybe he had a bad childhood since he has made references to my parents. Who knows. Well anyway.......
I started at age 14 as a member of a Civil War gun crew on an original 6lb. 1846 bronze piece which was on loan to the Battery from the Illinois National Guard. As time passed I upgraded to my own musket and then went from there. I am currently involved in re-enacting 5 different time periods(ACW, Span-Am, WWII and Vietnam) and I have multiple impressions within most of those periods.
Now as for activities in those time periods they have included 4 movies(actually 1 movie and 3 documentaries). I was the re-enactor coordinator for the Lincoln Home National historic site(NPS) for approximately 12 years not to mention organizing and running events for other State and local historical sites. I have organized and taken part in presentations for the Boy Scouts, Elementary, Junior High, High School and College classes around the state of Illinois and the Midwest. I am most proud of the program I coordinated at Jefferson School in Charleston, IL for several years dealing with hundreds of students each time.
Since the beginning of this year as a re-enactor I have been involved in 1 presentation at the Illinois Military Museum, 1 parade, 5 tacticals and 5 public re-enactments. The school presentations will take place later this year when the schools are back in session. Add to that 2-3 more parades, 2-3 more public events, 1 veterans reunion and 3-4 more tacticals and that will be pretty much my season. Gee Marty for someone who is supposedly hated so much by others I sure do get a lot of personal invites to attend events all over the place. LOL!
Even after all he has said and done I still don't hate Marty. I pity him and believe it or not I do say a prayer for him every now and then because he seems to be so angry at the world. Someday I hope he finds happiness. I even have repeatedly thanked Marty for his service to our country. He doesn't take compliments very well.
I do hope that my schedule and finances work out so I can attend the upcoming "Drive on Stalingrad" event. I really do want to meet Marty face to face and get to know him on a much more personal level.
Well I have spent way too much time dealing with Marty but now you at least know the whole story.
Sadly I must state that any future posts by Marty will need to be of a civil, mature and useful nature and relevant to a topic suitable for this forum or else they will receive the same treatment as they would on his forum. Turn about is fair play eh Marty?
In the end even slipshod Marty realizes that the has been out maneuvered, out gunned, out thought and out classed by just about everyone and it wasn't even a challenge to accomplish these tasks.
My best advice to MOD Marty is ......GROW UP YOU PATHETIC MISCREANT!!!!
I don't have any more time to waste on your sophomoric attempts to push my buttons.
